Who we are

XEORUS (“we”, “us”) is a watch brand. This page explains what personal information we collect through the K-01 waitlist on this website, why, and what your choices are.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your full name, phone number and email address, and a record of the time you agreed to be contacted. To limit abuse of the form, your connection address is briefly converted into an irreversible code and kept for a few minutes. It is never stored with your details.

Why we collect it

Only to tell you about the XEORUS K-01 (its announcement, availability and launch) by email or phone. We do this because you asked us to and agreed to it. We do not use your details for anything unrelated and we do not sell them.

Who sees it

Your details are visible to the people who run this website and to the service providers that host the site and deliver our email. They may only use it to provide those services.

How long we keep it

Until the K-01 launch has been completed or until you ask us to remove it, whichever is sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Write to us at billawaaakash@gmail.com and we will act on your request promptly.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The waitlist form does not set any.
